There are other things I need to do to keep functioning well such as keeping a healthy diet and exercising. I've stayed away from coffee unless I'm hanging out with a friend. Here's a take of the Mayo Clinic:

If you're already busy you don't need more symptoms. I know I don't. It's more challenging to get more sleep so you don't need that extra boost, but it's worth it. The only thing that's for sure is: seek ye first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added unto you. Peace and relaxation included.
