Today it's weight in day... I'm scared cause I haven't eaten very healthy lately but I'm going anyway. The Biggest Loser Club is a great idea one of my co-workers had. We meet for lunch, we weigh in and support one another. The good news is at least I didn't gain EVERYTHING I lost back. I'm starting back again. Breakfast

2 cups of grilled chicken ceasar salad
