Happy Sunday to you! This week on Simply Cintia I am going to examine Motivation. What works and more importantly, what doesn’t work for me. People get motivated by different things because we are unique. I wanted to share with you the thought that has consumed me for the past 2 weeks or so: How in the world do you stay motivated to lose weight when you are extremely busy? Should I hang a skinny pair of jeans in my room? Should I find motivation somewhere within myself? What about an event? Should I aim to lose weight because my girlfriend is getting married this summer?
