1 egg roll
1 1/2 cup of hot and sour soup
4 pieces of general tso's chicken
3 sesame shrimp
1/2 green beans and carrots steam veggies
1/4 cup of hot cabbage salad
For the first time I didn't pig out!!! It's a reason to really rejoice. This week I ate out a lot and had parties and etc. For the first time I passed the test of self-control in a long time. This is a reason to rejoice! This is more important than my weigh in tomorrow. What are numbers when I can't control what I eat? Self-control is a fruit of the Spirit! Read the book of Galatians when you can :)

1 cup of decaff coffee with equal and creamer
1 small cup of sugar-free lemonade
1 banana

1 1/2 slice of ham
1 whole wheat pita bread
1 small cup of apple cider
1 banana
