I've never been good in writing everything I eat so I don't think I'll be very likely to do it again and here. I must tell you I am serious about getting a better relationship with food. I've been doing well, it's going on a month now. I've done well for close than a year a while ago, so the challenge is to change my lifestyle. SO HELP ME GOD!!!
It's good to know that my baby loves me, no matter what I look like. He says the diet shouldn't be for him - it isn't.

What I ate today

Green tea with a little honey for breakfast, one gallon of water when I got nervous (meaning hungry) when I got a flat tire after lunch (I had a bowl of lettuce and three thin slices of turkey with cranberry vinagrette). I'm going out for dinner, I promise not to pig out. Just for the record, I lost 8 lbs in the last two weeks.
INITIAL WEIGHT: 155 lbs
CURRENT WEIGHT: 147 lbs
GOAL WEIGHT: 125 lbs by May 27, 2006 (wedding day)
