The photo above is of my "grocery haul" (how 'influencer' of me!) from this morning. I usually go grocery shopping during the weekend. Last weekend we had a 10-hour swim meet, church, lunch out with friends, swimming with friends, and the swim team's banquet. We were booked and tired! I planned on going to the grocery store after work but I decided to go after the gym instead. What a brilliant idea! My day got busy fast so I'm glad I don't have to go to the grocery store after work.
Here is this week's eats!
Monday * Italian Chicken and vegetable skillet - I did not have a chance to make this last week so we're having it tonight!
Tuesday * Lemon Pepper Pork loin, coleslaw, salad, penne. - Semi-homemade meal of the week. I like when they are quick to prepare.
Wednesday * Out - there's a cookout at church. Woohoo!
Thursday * TBA.
Friday * Pulled pork sandwiches, coleslaw, chips. We have guests coming over. This meal is a hit.
