I'm on day 9 of my lifestyle change. I completely sucked yesterday if it wasn't for me stop eating at night. I count that as a joy. I realized I really need to focus more on what I'm doing daily. It ain't gonn' be like magic...
Small goas for me for me:
- Drink more water
- Walk three times a week
- Have breakfast daily
- Write more on diary for focus
- Eat only when hungry
- Decrease the number of desserts
